EXPANSION INTO ONLINE GAMING WITH "FC BETZ"

The Board of TWL is delighted to announce that the Company is expanding into the online gaming sector, under the brand name "FC BETZ.com", to compliment its well established lottery management business.

TWL has signed a multi-year contract with Coventry City Football Club to become its gaming partner. Under this contract TWL will provide a full package of on-line gaming products to the Club and its supporters. In addition TWL will run the Coventry City club Lottery under the new football themed "FC Lotto" brand, which TWL has created specially for the Football Club market. This contract will commence from the beginning of the football season with TWL providing In-Stadia and Online Gambling in addition to its lottery product to the fan base of Coventry City FC.

The Board believes that this expansion will create additional revenues for the Company. Negotiations are continuing with several other major football clubs and the Board expects to make further announcements, in accordance with the AIM Rules, of similar contracts with other leading football clubs in the near future.

The Board is considering changing of name of the Company in order to reflect the wider range of gaming and lottery products which the Company will offer to its clients in the future. If such a decision is made, then shareholders will be informed in the normal manner.
