Driver Group plc08 June 2006 DRIVER GROUP PLC ("Driver Group" or "the Group") Announces Expansion in the South-West of England At the time of its Admission to AIM in October 2005, Driver Group, whichprovides specialist commercial and dispute resolution services to theconstruction industry, stated that it intended to strengthen the Group'spresence in the south-west of England. The Board is therefore delighted toannounce the appointment of Mark Wheeler as director of the South-West Region.This is a newly created role and Mark Wheeler's appointment takes immediateeffect. At the same time, Driver Group is pleased to announce the opening of anew office in Bristol. Mark, aged 40, is a qualified barrister (non-practising) with over twenty years'experience in the construction industry. Mark joins Driver Group from James RKnowles plc, where he was an Executive Director and also Head of Non-ContentiousLegal Services. He has particularly strong client relationships in thesouth-west, having been based in Bristol for the last four years. Mark has significant experience of adjudications, arbitration, mediation andtraditional court hearings. He also provides project management services tocontractors and consultants in the building services sector, often on a crisisbasis. Mark is an Accredited Mediator, a Member of the Chartered Institute ofArbitrators and of the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers and aFellow of the Quantity Surveyors Institute. He lectures nationally on disputeresolution within the construction industry.
