Arria NLG (AIM: NLG), a leader in the development and deployment of Natural Language Generation ('NLG') technologies, is pleased to announce that the Company has been invited by IBM to exhibit at the World of Watson event in Brooklyn, New York, May 5-6 2015. IBM Watson has over 240 partners, and Arria NLG is one of 21 selected to demonstrate their IBM Watson application at this exclusive event. 

The Arria NLG application, named 'Polus', is a computing solution that provides actionable insights to engineers in the oil and gas industry with its two components:

1. Real-time reporting - powered by Arria NLG: using Natural Language Generation (NLG) to turn data into text, the system embodies the expertise of some of the smartest oil and gas engineers to write informative reports about systems' behaviour in less than 60 seconds.

2. Intelligent query - powered by IBM Watson: gives instant answers to questions about compliance legislation.
