Exercise of Warrants
Petra Diamonds Limited has applied to AIM for the admission to trading of 2,500,000 new ordinary shares of £0.10 each in the capital of the Company following an exercise of warrants. These new shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary shares and dealings are expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. on Monday, 31 January 2011.
Following the admission of the above shares, and the admission of 136,698,212 additional new ordinary shares to trading on AIM on Wednesday, 26 January 2011 (further to the Company's recently completed placing), the Company will have a total of 494,065,676 ordinary shares of £0.10 each in issue.
