Exercise of Warrants
Motif Bio plc (AIM/NASDAQ: MTFB), a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company specialising in developing novel antibiotics, announced that it has received notification from warrant holders to exercise warrants representing 183,031 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an exercise price of 32.20p per warrant for total consideration of £58,935.98.
Application has been made for the 183,031 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"), which is expected to occur at 8.00 a.m. (GMT) on November 22, 2017. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Following Admission, and for the purposes of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company's total issued share capital will consist of 263,519,128 Ordinary Shares. Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the issued share capital of the Company.
