Namibian Resources PLC01 December 2005 Namibian Resources Plc 1 December 2005 NOTICE OF EXERCISE OF WARRANTS The company was today informed that the following Director exercised warrants at10p for ordinary shares in the company: Oliver Plummer Finance Director has today exercised 50,000 warrants at a priceof 10p per warrant increasing his beneficial shareholding in the company to506,497. Total percentage holding of issued shares after this notification will be 1.5% - Oliver Plummer In addition application has been made to London Stock Exchange for an additional100,000 Ordinary shares of 10p each to trade on the Alternative InvestmentMarket. The shares have been issued in connection with exercise of warrants andrank pari passu with the existing class of Ordinary 10p shares. Application will be made for all the new shares to be admitted to trading on AIMand admission of the new shares is expected to take place on 7 December 2005.
