Exercise of Warrants

InnovaDerma (LSE: IDP), a UK developer of life sciences, beauty, and personal care products announces that it has received notice to exercise warrants (the "Warrants") of 120,000 new ordinary shares at an exercise price of £1.10 per ordinary share raising £132,000 for the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Such warrants were issued to settle previous contractual commitments.

Application will be made for the admission of 120,000 Shares to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange and it is expected that dealings in the Shares will commence on or around 18 September 2018. The new ordinary shares will rank equally in all respects with the Company's existing ordinary shares.

Following the issue of the new ordinary shares, the total number of ordinary shares in issue is 14,496,633. This number may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company. There are no further warrants outstanding.
