Exercise of Warrants
CityFibre (CFHL.L), the company that owns, builds and operates fibre optic infrastructure, announces that on 12 May 2014 it agreed to issue 338,583 new ordinary shares of one penny each (the "Warrant Shares") at a price of one penny per Warrant Share pursuant to the exercise of warrants granted to a consultant to the Company.
The Company has applied for admission of the Warrant Shares to trading on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will occur and that dealings in the Warrant shares will commence on 16 May 2014. The Warrant Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of one penny each in the capital of the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") already in issue.
Following the issue of the Warrant Shares the Company has 52,653,231 Ordinary Shares in issue and the Company holds no shares in treasury. Therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in the Company is 52,653,231.
The above figure of 52,653,231 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, CityFibre under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
