Exercise of Warrants

The Company has received notices for an aggregate of 9,066,667 warrants resulting from the exercise of 5,750,000 warrants at the issue prices of 6p and 3,316,667 warrants at the issue price of 4.5p resulting in the receipt of approximately £494,000. The Company will issue a total of 9,066,667 New Ordinary Shares.

The Company has raised approximately £1,254,000 from the exercise of warrants since 1 October 2025.

Admission

The Company will make an application for 9,066,667 New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on the Equity Shares (transition) category of the Official List and the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange at 8.00 a.m. on 22 December 2025.

Total Voting Rights

The Company hereby notifies the market, in accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, that on Admission, the Company's enlarged share capital will consist of 463,670,645 Ordinary Shares, each with one vote. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury. On Admission, the total number of voting rights in the Company is expected to be 463,670,645 and this figure may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
