Exercise of warrants

Following the Company's announcement of 17 December 2013, the Company confirms the exercise by Marwyn Value Investors LP ('Marwyn') of warrants over 4,000,000 common shares of the Company at an exercise price of £1.00 per share. The exercise of the warrants is pursuant to the Marwyn Warrant, as described in paragraph 18.7 of Part X (Additional Information) of the Company's prospectus published on 7 September 2012.

Accordingly, the Company intends to issue 4,000,000 common shares to Marwyn. Once issued the new common shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing common shares. Following the issue, Marwyn will own 79,424,894 Common Shares in the Company which will equate to 27.5% of the Company's issued share capital.

Application is being made to the Financial Conduct Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for 4,000,000 common shares to be admitted to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. It is expected that dealings will commence at 8.00am on 6 March 2014.

Following admission, the Company's increased share capital will comprise 289,164,656 common shares with voting rights. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 289,164,656.

The total number of voting rights may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
