Namibian Resources PLC18 November 2005 NOTICE OF EXERCISE OF WARRANTS Namibian Resources Plc 18 November 2005 Namibian Resources Plc The company was today informed that Directors exercised warrants at 10p forordinary shares in the company as follows: (1) Lord Sheppard has today exercised 800,000 warrants at a price of 10p per warrant increasing his beneficial shareholding in the company to 2,800,000 ordinary shares. (2) Mr Tony Carlton has today exercised 115,000 warrants at a price of 10p per warrant increasing his beneficial shareholding in the company to 1,135,000 ordinary shares. Total percentage holding of issued shares after this notification will be 8.3% - Lord Sheppard 3.4% - Tony Carlton Application will be made for the new shares to be admitted to trading on AIM andadmission of the new shares is expected to take place on 25 November 2005.
