Exercise of Warrants
Petra Diamonds Limited has applied to AIM for the admission to trading of 2,100,000 new ordinaryshares of £0.10 each in the capital of the Company ("New Ordinary Shares") following an exercise of warrants. The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary shares and dealings are expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. on Wednesday, 9 February 2011.
Following the admission of the New Ordinary Shares the Company will have a total of 496,165,676 ordinary shares of £0.10 each in issue.
