Diamondcorp Plc30 April 2008 DIAMONDCORP PLC (AIM: DCP, JSE: DMC) Exercise of warrants 30 April 2008 DiamondCorp plc announces that warrants over 49,998 ordinary shares of 3p wereexercised on 20 April 2008 at an exercise price of 30 pence per share(equivalent to R4.48 per share). The new shares have been issued and allotted and they will rank pari passu withthe existing Ordinary Shares of 3p each in the Company.
