Meridian Petroleum PLC24 April 2006 Exercise of Warrants Meridian Petroleum Plc (the "Company") today announces that it has issued andallotted 1,140,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each at a price of 30 pence pershare, pursuant to an exercise of warrants.
