African Gold PLC07 January 2005 African Gold Plc Exercise of Warrants Mr Stephan Dattels, a shareholder in African Gold Plc, has exercised warrantsover 5,000,000 ordinary shares at 2p per share. Application has been made forthese shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected tocommence on Wednesday 13 January 2005.
