Exercise of Options and TVR

Minds + Machines Group Limited (AIM:MMX) announces that it has issued 1,622,664 new Ordinary Shares following an exercise of warrants (granted to advisers on admission in 2007 and which would otherwise expire on 13 November 2014) at an exercise price of 4p per Ordinary Share. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares and application will be made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM which is expected to occur on or around 28 October 2014.

Following the issue of the new Ordinary Shares, the total number of shares in issue with voting rights will be 831,969,485. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
