Exercise of Warrants and Total Voting Rights

RC Fornax plc (AIM:RCFX), the UK-based, highly accredited engineering consultancy providing high-impact work package solutions for critical military platforms, announces that it has received a warrant exercise notice to subscribe for 1,396,234 new ordinary shares of £0.0025 each in capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at the exercise price of £0.0025 per share.

Admission to Trading and Total Voting Rights

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange plc for the admission of the 1,396,234 new Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM which is expected to become effective at 8:00 a.m. on or around 21 March 2025 ("Admission"). The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.

Following Admission, the Company's total issued share capital will consist of 57,245,587 Ordinary Shares, with no shares held in treasury. Therefore, on Admission, this figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
