Exercise of Warrants and Total Voting Rights
RentGuarantor (AIM: RGG), a provider of rent guarantee services to prospective tenants across the socio-economic spectrum wishing to rent property in the UK1 private rental sector, announces that it has received notice for the exercise of warrants in respect of 80,000 new ordinary shares of 10p each in capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 17.5p per share, raising gross proceeds of £14,000 for the Company.
Admission to Trading and Total Voting Rights
Application has been made for the Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange ("Admission"). It is anticipated that Admission will occur on or around 17 February 2026.
From Admission, the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital will comprise 145,344,183 Ordinary Shares, with one voting right each. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, from Admission, the total number of Ordinary Shares and voting rights in the Company will be 145,344,183.
From Admission, the above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
