Exercise of warrants
Entertainment One Ltd. announces that it has received an Exercise Notice from Lions Gate Entertainment Inc., the Parent Company of Summit Entertainment LLC, with respect to all of the 2,500,000 outstanding warrants previously granted to Summit Entertainment LLC. The warrants are exchangeable into common shares of the Company at a conversion price of 50 pence per share.
Application is being made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for 2,500,000 common shares to be admitted to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. It is expected that dealings will commence at 8.00am on 2 November 2012.
Following admission, the Company's increased share capital will comprise 273,527,814 common shares with voting rights. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 273,527,814.
The total number of voting rights may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Service Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
