Exercise of Warrants

Teathers announces that on 26 March 2015 it received notice to exercise warrants over 3,541,666 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 3p per Ordinary Share. Accordingly, the Company has issued, in aggregate, 3,541,666 new Ordinary Shares in settlement of this exercise (the "Warrant Exercise").

The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares and application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective and dealings in the new Ordinary Shares will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 1 April 2015.

Following the Warrant Exercise, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 44,075,143 Ordinary Shares with voting rights. There are no Ordinary Shares held in treasury. This number 44,075,143 may be used by shareholders, following the Warrant Exercise,as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
