Exercise of Warrants

Metal Tiger (LON: MTR), the natural resources investing company is pleased to announce that it has received completed signed warrant conversion notices for the following amount:

The Company also announces that Michael McNeilly, Chief Executive Officer, has exercised 666,666 warrants at £0.02 each, which will result in Michael McNeilly being issued 666,666 ordinary shares in the Company. Following the exercise of these warrants, Michael McNeilly’s shareholding is 2,333,332 ordinary shares, representing 0.22 per cent of the Company’s total voting rights.

The 1,396,158 new ordinary shares are expected to be admitted to trading on or around 27 November 2017. Following this issue the Company has 1,043,632,537 ordinary shares in issue.
