Exercise of Stock Options

Easydate plc (AIM: EZD), the internet-based dating operator, announces the following changes in its issued share capital.

The Company has applied to AIM for 398,600 new common shares to be admitted to trading as a result of the exercise of stock options by Martin Higginson, a non-executive director of the Company, on 5 October 2010.

The new shares being issued are the subject of existing lock-in arrangements, as set out in paragraph 8.1 of Part V of the Company's Admission Document dated 21 June 2010.

Following the admission of the above shares the Company will have a total of 75,445,667 issued and outstanding common shares, of which Martin Higginson will hold 0.53%.

Dealings in the above shares are expected to commence on 11 October 2010.
