Exercise of Share Options

On 5 October 2010, the Company issued 100,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") following the exercise of options under the Company's Approved and Enterprise Management Incentive share option schemes.

Application has been made for the Ordinary Shares to be admitted to AIM, with trading expected to commence on 12 October 2010 ("Admission"). Upon Admission, the shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.

After admission of these new shares, Allocate Software plc will have 62,396,971 Ordinary Shares in issue.
