Exercise of share options
London, 12th June 2018: NMC Health Plc ("NMC" or the "Company") (LSE:NMC), the leading United Arab Emirates private healthcare operator with international services across 13 countries, announces that on 11 June 2018 the following individuals exercised nil-cost share options granted to them in 2017 under the Company's Deferred Share Bonus Plan ("DSBP").
Following the exercise of these options, the Company issued new Ordinary shares of 10p each respectively to each individual as follows:
