Exercise of Options
Sanderson Group plc ('Sanderson'), the software and IT services business specialising in digital retail technology and enterprise software for businesses operating in the manufacturing, wholesale distribution and logistics sectors, announces that 175,000 options have been exercised over ordinary shares. These options were issued under the Group's EMI & unapproved schemes. Application has been made for the new shares to be admitted to AIM and admission is expected to take place on 22 February 2018.
The new ordinary shares pursuant to the exercise of options will rank pari passu with the existing Sanderson ordinary shares. Following allotment of the new ordinary shares, Sanderson will have in issue 59,636,321 ordinary shares of 10p each. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of Sanderson, under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
