Exercise of share options, Director/PDMR Dealing and Total Voting Rights
Applied Graphene Materials, the producer of specialty graphene materials, announces that it received notification from Oliver Lightowlers, Chief Financial Officer, of the exercise today of 166,204 EMI share options, granted on 21 October 2013, at an exercise price of £0.583 per ordinary share. Consequently, the Company will allot 166,204 new ordinary shares of 2 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to satisfy the exercise of these share options. As a result of this exercise of share options, Oliver Lightowlers' shareholding in the Company will increase to 206,081 Ordinary Shares, being approximately 0.9% of the enlarged issued share capital.
Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for these 166,204 new Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM and admission is expected to occur at 8.00 a.m. on 18 August 2016.
In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, following the above allotment, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 22,038,755 Ordinary Shares. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
The figure of 22,038,755 Ordinary Shares should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
