Exercise of Share Options

The Company announces that on 8 September 2010, following the maturity of options under the Company's Savings Related Share Scheme, Richard Law (GB Group's Chief Executive) notified the Company that on that date he had exercised his option over 14,322 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares") (representing 0.02% of the issued share capital) at an exercise price of 25.6 pence per Share.

Following the exercise, Mr Law will have an interest in 1,309,574 Shares representing 1.53% of the issued share capital of the Company. Mr Law retains further options over 1,800,945 Shares.
