Exercise of share options
The Company announces that on 28 January 2010, Shaun Oxenham, a former director of the Company, exercised an option over 180,000 new ordinary shares at an exercise price of 0.1 pence per share. The total consideration received by the Company is £180, and the exercise is being satisfied by an equivalent subscription for new ordinary shares by the Enfis Employee Benefit Trust.
The new ordinary shares to be issued pursuant to the exercise of the options will rank pari passu with all existing ordinary shares. Application has been made for admission of the new ordinary shares to trading on AIM, a market operated by the London Stock Exchange, and dealings are expected to commence on 18 February 2010.
The new ordinary shares referred to are ordinary shares of 10 pence per share and the total number of shares in issue following the issue of the new ordinary shares will be 15,162,863.
The Company also announces that Noble & Company Limited, the Company's nominated adviser and broker, has changed its name to Execution Noble & Company Limited with immediate effect.
