Clipper Logistics plc announces that on 25 April 2018 Roger Peel, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities, exercised his options over 24,415 Ordinary Shares of 0.05 pence each ("shares") pursuant to the Company's Performance Share Plan, relating to conditional awards of nil-cost options granted in 2015. The shares were immediately sold at a price of 456.0p per share.
On the same day, Roger Peel and his spouse Johanne Holladay also sold 6,410 shares each, at a price of 456.0p per share.
