Exercise of share awards and options
Clipper Logistics plc announces that on 10 April 2018 the following PDMRs or their PCAs exercised their options over Ordinary Shares of 0.05 pence each ("shares") pursuant to the Company's Sharesave Scheme, relating to options granted in 2015. The exercise price for the shares was 140.40p.
Steven Parkin, Antony Mannix and David Hodkin transferred their shares to their spouses immediately upon exercise, with the shares then being kept by their spouses. Roger Peel and his PCA (spouse) Johanne Holladay both exercised their options and kept the shares.
