("Gresham House" or the "Company")
Exercise of Put Options and PDMR notification
Gresham House announces that, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Gresham House Holdings Limited ("GHHL"), has, pursuant to the long term incentive plan approved by the Company's shareholders at the General Meeting of Gresham House held on 20 November 2015 ("2016 LTIP"), received requests from two PDMRs to exercise the put options over the GHHL shares listed below ("Put Options").
Following the exercise of the Put Options, the PDMRs listed below retain significant share-based long term incentives in the Company.
PDMR Title Put Options
Andrew Hampshire Chief Operating Officer 110 GHHL C Shares
Kevin Acton Chief Financial Officer 46 GHHL A Shares
The Put Options were satisfied in accordance with the provisions of the 2016 LTIP by the Company repurchasing 110 GHHL C Shares from Mr Hampshire and 46 GHHL A Shares from Mr Acton.
