Exercise of Options/ Total Voting Rights

WEARE 2020 plc ("the Company"), announces that Andy Wilson, Non-Executive Director, has exercised options over 70,175 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") which have been settled out of the Ordinary Shares held in Treasury.

Accordingly, Andy Wilson now holds 146,145 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.2% of the Company's issued share capital.

Following the exercise of options, the Company has 74,604,999 Ordinary Shares in issue. There are 99,622 Ordinary Shares held in Treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 74,505,377. This number may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they may determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
