Exercise of Options
CentralNic announces that on 25 July 2022 the following PDMR has exercised share options previously granted by the Company ("Options):

The exercise of options was satisfied by 438,000 shares from the CentralNic Employee Benefit Trust. No shares granted were sold to fund the exercise price or settle the tax liabilities on the option exercise.
Post this exercise, Tom Pridmore does not hold any Options but holds 438,000 Ordinary Shares, in line with best practice for independent directorship.
