Mytrah Energy Limited (the "Company") announces that it will issue a total of 9,803,323 new ordinary shares of no par value each ("New Shares") pursuant to the exercise of options by The Raksha Trust (the "Trust") at an exercise price of 0.1p per share.

The Trust is a Jersey based discretionary trust settled by Ravi Kailas, the Chairman of the Company, of which he, some of his family members (including Vikram Kailas, the Vice Chairman and MD of the Company), and a philanthropic trust are discretionary beneficiaries. Following issue of the New Shares the Trust will hold 104,554,353 ordinary shares of no par value representing 60.3% of the enlarged issued share capital of the Company.

Application will be made for the New Shares, which will rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on or around 12 April 2018 ("Admission"). Following Admission there will be 173,439,323 ordinary shares of no par value in issue.
