Exercise of options

InterQuest Group plc, the specialist recruiter in the technology, analytics and digital market, announces that it has issued 35,000 shares pursuant to the valid notice of exercise of options under the Company's share option schemes.

Application is being made for the 35,000 new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will take place on 18 June 2015.

The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company. Pursuant to admission of the new ordinary shares, the total issued share capital of InterQuest will be 35,768,265 ordinary shares. The Company holds 2,000 ordinary shares in treasury which do not carry voting rights and therefore the total number of shares with voting rights in the Company is 35,766,265.

The above figure of 35,766,265 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in InterQuest, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
