Exercise of Options

Air Partner plc has been notified that on 20 January 2014, Mr Charles Gavin, Chief Finance Director of the Company, exercised options granted under the Air Partner plc Approved Share Option Plan 2003 and Air Partner plc Unapproved Share Option Plan 2003.

On 20 January 2014, 8,000 ordinary shares of 5p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") were purchased at an exercise price of 392.5p from the Company's Employee Benefit Trust. On the same day Mr Charles sold 8,000 Ordinary Shares at a trade price of 560.0 p per share.

Following the above transactions, Mr Charles has interest in share options over 35,000 Ordinary Shares and LTIPs over 28,557 Ordinary Shares.

The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue is 10,261,693.
