Exercise of Options and Total Voting Rights

ZOO Digital Group plc, a world-leading provider of cloud-based localisation and digital distribution services to the global entertainment industry, announces that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 35,000 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") following the exercise of share options by a former employee. Dealings in these shares are expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. on or around 24 December 2019. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares.

The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue following Admission will be 74,547,271. There are no Ordinary Shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 74,547,271. This number may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
