Exercise of options
Altitude Group plc (AIM: ALT), the operator of a leading marketplace for the global promotional products industry, announces that on 26 April 2021, Gareth Taylor, a PDMR, has exercised 200,000 options over ordinary shares of 0.4 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 22.00 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Option Exercise").
Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares pursuant to the Option Exercise to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 6 May 2021 ("Admission").
The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company. Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 70,667,268 Ordinary Shares. Accordingly, the figure of 70,667,268 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
