Exercise of Options
Nanoco Group plc (LSE: NANO) announces that application has been made for the admission of 12,000 new ordinary shares in the Company of 10p each (the "New Ordinary Shares") to trading on AIM pursuant to the exercise of share options by an employee.
It is expected that dealings in these New Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of the Company, will commence on 1 August 2012.
Following the issue of the New Ordinary Shares, the issued share capital will comprise of 207,384,167 ordinary shares.
