("Crimson Tide" or "the Company")
Exercise of Options
Crimson Tide announces that two senior employees have exercised options over 3,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the Company's EMI Share Option Scheme.
The new Ordinary Shares issued pursuant to the exercise of options will rank pari passu with the existing Crimson Tide Ordinary Shares. Application has been made for the 3,000,000 shares to be admitted to AIM and admission is expected to take place on or around 8th November 2017.
The total number of shares in issue following the issue of these shares will be 457,486,234. Crimson Tide has no shares in Treasury, therefore this figure may be used by Shareholders, from Admission, as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
