Exercise of Options and Total Voting Rights

The Group announces that on 6 February 2018 it issued and allotted 5,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to an employee pursuant to an exercise of options under its unapproved Executive Share Option Scheme.

Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares, which rank pari passu in all respects with the Group's existing Ordinary Shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM which is expected to occur on 14 February 2018 ("Admission").

Following Admission, the Group's enlarged issued share capital will comprise 9,001,131 Ordinary Shares. The Group holds no shares in treasury. Therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 9,001,131. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Group as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Group under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
