Exercise of Options & Total Voting Rights
28 September 2010
Following the exercise of a number of options under The Portmeirion 2002 Share Option Scheme as announced previously, application has been made for a total of 107,000 ordinary 5p shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to trading on AIM and admission is expected to take place on 30 September 2010. These shares were all transferred from a number of shares held in treasury by the Company.
As announced on 23 September 2010, the total number of Ordinary Shares held by the Company in treasury is 570,218. The Company has 10,563,030 Ordinary Shares in issue and 9,992,812 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.
