Exercise of Options
Application has today been made for 8,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.
The new Ordinary Shares are being issued pursuant to an exercise of prior options by an employee. These shares rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares and dealings are expected to commence on 4 July 2008.
