K3 Business Technology Group PLC30 July 2007 K3 BUSINESS TECHNOLOGY GROUP PLC ('K3' or 'the Company') Exercise of Option K3 announces that application has been made for the admission of 65,000 newordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("New Ordinary Shares") followingthe exercise of options by a former director under the K3 Business TechnologyGroup Executive Share Option Scheme 2000. The new ordinary shares will rankpari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of the Company. Admission of the 65,000 ordinary shares is expected to take place on 3 August2007.
