Exercise of Options
The Company has received notice that, on 6 July 2012, an employee exercised options over 3,812 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in accordance with the rules of the Barclays Sharesave Scheme 2009.
Pursuant to the exercise of these options, the Company has made application to the London Stock Exchange for 3,812 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on 13 July 2012.
Following this notification, the Company has 10,931,308 Ordinary Shares in issue.
