Churchill Mining plc10 March 2008 CHURCHILL MINING PLC ("Churchill" or "the Company") Exercise of options Churchill Mining Plc ('Company') announces that application has today been madefor 200,000 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each to be admitted to trading on AIMpursuant to the exercise of options at an exercise price of 12 pence per share. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existingordinary shares and trading is expected to commence on 14 March 2008. Following admission, 65,476,000 shares will be in issue.
