Exercise of Options

The Company announces that on 17 January 2012, Mark Cambridge, CEO, exercised options in respect of 17,182 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") through the Company's Enterprise Management Incentive (EMI) Scheme at a price of 145.5p per share.

Mark Cambridge sold 10,337 Ordinary Shares to fund the consideration due and transferred the balance of 6,845 Ordinary Shares to his wife as a gift. As a consequence of these transactions, Mark Cambridge's notifiable interest in the Ordinary Shares of Zytronic is now 42,958 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.3% of the total voting rights in the Company.
