Exercise of Options
Nasstar plc ("Nasstar" or the "Company"), which provides Hosted Desktop cloud computing, announces that 200,000 options at an exercise price of 6p were exercised on 6 November 2013. The gross proceeds of the exercise amounts to £12,000.
Accordingly, application has been made for 200,000 new ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will take place on 21 November 2013 ("Admission").
In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules (DTR 5.6.1R) the Company hereby notifies the market that immediately following Admission its issued share capital will consist of 61,960,053 Ordinary Shares. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. Shareholders may use this figure as the
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
