Exercise of options / PDMR Holdings

Connemara announces that it has issued an aggregate of 1,000,000 new shares of €0.01 each in the Company ("New Shares") following the exercise of options by two of its directors Mr John Teeling and Mr James Finn. The exercise price of the options was €0.01 per share.

The option exercise and corresponding issue of New Shares has led to the following changes to directors' holdings:

Application to AIM and Total Voting Rights

Application has been made for the New Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission of the New Shares will take place at 8.00 a.m. on 11 April 2013.

Following the issue of the New Shares, the Company's issued share capital is 26,709,711 ordinary shares of €0.01 each, with each ordinary share carrying the right to one vote. There are no shares held in treasury.

The above figure of 26,709,711 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
