Augean plc ("Augean" or the "Company")
Exercise of options, PDMR dealing and total voting rights
Augean, one of the UK's leading specialist waste management businesses, announces that it has issued and allotted 480,356 new ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") following the exercise of share options.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 480,356 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will become effective at 8.00 a.m. on 6 April 2018.
Following Admission, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 103,428,392 and the total number of voting rights will therefore be 103,428,392. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
